Cancellation of Registration

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the agency dealing with the registrations and payments:

In the event of cancellation before June 30, 2023 we will refund your registration fee minus a 50% charge for administrative proceedings. Please do not expect this kind of financial settlement until after the congress. After June 30, 2023 cancellations will not be possible.
